Each of our new NZ-hosted web hosting plans comes with free registration of one Domain Name with a 1 year minimum period (.nz, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info) for as long as you have the hosting account.

The Domain Name will be renewed for a year each time you pay your annual hosting fee.

If you have added hosting to an existing domain and the domain expires more than 45 days before the hosting expires, it will be necessary to pay for a 1 year renewal, after which it will renew automatically.

My Domain Name is already registered for 5 years - can I get a refund?

We will continue to renew your domain free each year, so your domain registration will always be as far ahead as it is when you add hosting. Sorry, we can't refund what is already registered.

What about .au or .uk?

The restrictions on registering and renewing .au and .uk domains mean that we cannot offer them free with hosting. However, if you purchase hosting simultaneously with a .uk domain you will receive a discount of the first year's registration cost. Alternatively you could set up the hosting with a second, eligible domain name and park the .au or .uk domain on it.

My hosted domain is with another registrar.

Sorry, the free domain must be registered with us. Why not Transfer it to us to save money and gain the benefits of better integration?
