To request a merge of one FreeParking account with another FreeParking account, please complete the form below and fax or mail to:

Use of this form

You can only merge FreeParking accounts if you are the owner of BOTH accounts, and can demonstrate this to the satisfaction of FreeParking.  Usually you would do this if you want to consolidate multiple accounts you have established to a single account.

This is NOT a Transfer of Registrant procedure.

All fields must be completed and valid identification provided.  Acceptance of this Merge Account request is at the discretion of FreeParking.

Acceptance of the Merge Account terms and conditions must be confirmed.

I. Merge Account Destination

This is the account you wish to retain with the Domain Name records from the account that is being merged.

I, the Account Owner, agree to indemnify FreeParking, their agents, officers, and employees for any costs, losses, or liabilities incurred in the reasonable performance of their duties in processing this request, or in dealing with claims arising from the processing of this request.

c)

I, the Account Owner, agree to allow FreeParking to seek further proof of identity, or evidence of my ability, to meet the conditions for holding a domain name.
