Terms & Conditions
- Entry in competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Freeparking and its associated companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Prize is not redeemable for cash.
- Prize value is equivalent to purchase price but not exceeding $NZ500
- Entries will be generated on all qualifying sales recorded between 1 - 31 December 2007 (NZ Daylight time).
- This promotion excludes dedicated servers, SSL certificates, & WorldPay purchases & renewals.
- Purchases which are cancelled, refunded or charged back prior to the draw date do not qualify.
- Employees of Freeparking, WebFarm Limited, 2day.com, ICONZ, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
- The draw will take place on 9 January 2008. The winner will be notified and the results announced on the Freeparking website by 11 January 2008.
- No correspondence will be entered into.
- If the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Freeparking which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the competition may be abandoned or postponed at the discretion of Freeparking. Freeparking accepts no responsibility for such an occurrence.
